The apartment (approx. 40 m²) with rustic furniture is located in the ground floor of the house, which is situated in the quiet urbanisation "Fustera". The next beach (sand) of the same name is just 1 km or only a 10 minutes walk away where in summer you also will find a small snack-bar.

The property is surrounded by stone-pines and has also a small mediterranean garden. From the swimming pool you can see the sea and the Peñón de Ifách.

The distance to Calpe is 3 km and to the next supermarket 800 m.

The owner live in the upper floor throughout the year, but do not use the pool in case of occupation.
