Modern apartment in a recently inaugurated quiet holiday complex with only two-storied houses, situated in the urbanisation "Cumbre de Sol", about 7 km from the villages of Moraira and Jávea. The next beach (stones) is a 5 minutes drive away (the famous Cala de Moraig).

The apartment is in the upper floor and has 2 bedrooms, american kitchen, lounge and a nice terrace. 

In the patio area you have a very large communal swimming pool with a special zone for children and also a small snack bar.

The next supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy and bank are only a 10 minutes walk away (500 m).

These prices are valid for 4 persons and include bed linen, towels, water, electricity and final cleaning. In case of occupation of one person more (child), an additional price of 10 % is required.
