Very nice house of new construction (2007) with private pool, only 1 km from the Ampolla beach in Moraira. The house has 4 bedrooms, one of them with own terrace and seaview, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, living-, dining room and a large open kitchen. All the furniture is completely new.

Through the covered terrace you get into the garden with private pool (8 x 4 m) and roman stairs. The plot is completely enclosed by a wall.

Restaurants, bars, kiosk and pharmacy are at a distance about 300 and 500 m.

On the other side of the street is a small camping ground within a pines forrest.
